AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND DHEVATHAI.COM GROUP

The DHEVATHAI.COM GROUP Web Site is comprised of various Web sites including www.tamilagaarasiyal.com, www.dhevathai.com, www.trisakthi.com and Web pages operated by DHEVATHAI.COM or its affiliates (collectively, the "DHEVATHAI.COM GROUP Web Sites"). DHEVATHAI.COM group keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within DHEVATHAI.COM group, in order to determine which DHEVATHAI.COM GROUP sites and services are the most popular. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
